Apartment Living in Riversdale

The purpose of this project was to obtain approval from the Midvaal Local Municipality for change of land use rights by the rezoning of the subject property from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3” for the purposes of  developing apartments at a density of 40 dwelling units per hectare.
